About The Role
We’re looking for a Content Distribution Manager with the ability to execute in an early stage and fast-paced environment. The Content Distribution Manager will take on an integral role in the company and is responsible for the creation, optimization, and distribution of content to drive brand name recognition, customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth.
In this role, you will be expanding upon current and new initiatives to create results-oriented content distribution focused on thought leadership and education. You will lead the charge to adopt better content distribution practices through new content formats, partnerships, distribution channels and search engine optimization (SEO). You will drive AllVoices’ content distribution for target personas/ industries and intent terms in a way that demonstrates an understanding of their key business problems and pain points through well-articulated value propositions.
What You’ll Do Craft interesting, well-researched, search engine optimized content to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers, and improve shared content across social media channels; content to include white papers, blog posts, website copy, social posts, newsletters, eBooks, case studies, presentations, emails and other content as needed Optimize delivery strategies for team’s content, by implementing best practices, and repeatedly test various tools, content formats, and distribution channels with various target audience segments Develop processes and partnerships for content distribution and content partnerships with blogs, news sources, thought leaders, etc. Perform regular audits of AllVoices web properties to ensure SEO best practices and identify growth opportunities Oversee market research and monitor competitive activity with respect to search traffic

Write, write, write. We will look to you to develop the majority of our SEO strategy and content including webinars, video, infographics, and ebooks—that deliver measurable business results Manage the website, keeping content relevant, optimized, and fresh to drive traffic, engage visitors, and convert visitors to prospects Regularly create, analyze, and present insightful and actionable SEO performance Perform ongoing keyword research to discover, size, and pursue SEO opportunities Support our overall content creation and distribution via a multitude of channels, internal initiatives, and external outreach Manage multiple project timelines and deadlines
You Must Have 3+ years of experience with SEO strategy creation and implementation including content categorization and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement 3+ years of experience with content marketing or copywriting with examples of work Strong experience executing an optimized content strategy and writing A LOT Ability to adhere to editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience General knowledge of digital marketing (i.e. Paid Search, Social Media, Email, and SEO) and key platforms and trends (i.e. desktop, mobile, video). Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Webflow and/or WordPress, and Asana would be a plus Experience with SEO Tools & Platforms such as Ahrefs, Moz, BrightEdge, etc. would be a plus
