Job Description

As an FP&A Manager, you will report to the CFO. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for planning, reporting, and strategic decision support across the business, in addition to playing a critical hands-on role in developing the infrastructure and systems necessary for the Company to scale quickly. The FP&A Manager will own the financial model, and will be responsible for updating it, running scenario analyses and preparing financial results to the Executive team, Board of Directors and other external constituencies. The FP&A Manager will play a key role in capital formation, helping the company prepare for future equity and debt fundraises.

Additionally, the FP&A Manager will spend significant time working in Business Intelligence. A successful candidate will develop BI solutions using various statistical methodologies and perform assessments and risk analysis to identify problems with current company processes with the primary goal is to increase efficiency and profitability. The candidate will gather and analyze data, create reports that outline findings, and present those findings to broadly across the organization.
