About The Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with an ability to execute in an early stage and fast-paced environment. The Product Marketing Manager will be the expert on our product, buyers, and target market segments to create solutions-oriented value propositions, positioning, and messaging that differentiates AllVoices.

In this role, you will conduct research to understand the macro trends and requirements among AllVoices’ market segments to fuel thought leadership content and integrated marketing campaigns. You will drive AllVoices’ positioning and messaging for target personas that demonstrates an understanding of their key business problems and pain points through well-articulated value propositions.

What You’ll Do

  • Become the expert on our product, buyers, and target market segments to create solutions-oriented value propositions, positioning, and messaging that differentiates AllVoices
  • Develop strategy, content, and tactics to test new solutions messaging with target audiences, assess effectiveness, and optimize the sales cycle
  • Support product team with market analysis, such as audience insights and buyer persona management, and our customer success team by helping increase our NPS and creating customer evangelists
  • Work closely with product management and sales to develop and iterate product marketing content including sales enablement material, recorded and live demos, “how to” guides, playbooks, solutions briefs, sales presentations, and objection handling to effectively advance our prospects and customers through the buyer’s journey
  • Conduct testing efforts, customer interviews, and track and report performance of product initiatives to help increase sales and product adoption

We’ll Look To You To

  • Use customer evidence, market and competitive intelligence, and product performance data to represent the voice of the customer
  • Work with Product Management to influence long-term product strategies and roadmaps
  • Develop a strategy focused on driving awareness and leading customers through the sales cycle using data to back up your decisions
  • Assess our overall content performance and identify current gaps
  • Ensure that content produced is consistent with the AllVoices brand. You will review and edit copy written by marketing, sales, product, and customer success.
  • Manage multiple project timelines and deadlines

You Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience with product marketing
  • Proven go-to-market strategies with examples of work
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • General knowledge of digital marketing (i.e. Paid Search, Social Media, Email, and SEO) and key platforms and trends (i.e. desktop, mobile, video).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Webflow and/or Wordpress, and Asana would be a plus
  • B2B SaaS background preferred
