About The Role

We’re looking for a SEO Manager with an ability to execute in an early stage and fast-paced environment. The SEO Manager will be the expert on our product, buyers, and target market segments to create solutions-oriented value propositions, positioning, and messaging that differentiates AllVoices.

In this role, you will conduct research to understand the macro trends and requirements among AllVoices’ market segments to fuel thought leadership content and integrated marketing campaigns. You will drive AllVoices’ positioning and messaging for target personas that demonstrates an understanding of their key business problems and pain points through well-articulated value propositions.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform regular audits of AllVoices properties to ensure SEO best practices and identify growth opportunities
  • Assist our marketing and content teams in crafting strategies to support organic and paid campaign performance
  • Proactively identify on-page opportunities related to site structure, internal linking, and page templates
  • Analyze various analytics reports to identify potential issues as well as areas of opportunity and growth
  • Oversee market research and monitor competitive activity with respect to search traffic
  • Propose and test changes (i.e. metadata/schema) to optimize core pages for maximum rank and CTR
  • Identify growth opportunities in core areas such as site infrastructure, keyword selection, or on-page factors optimization

We’ll Look To You To

  • Regularly create, analyze, and present insightful and actionable SEO performance
  • Perform ongoing keyword research to discover, size, and pursue SEO opportunities
  • Develop a strategy focused on driving awareness and leading customers through the conversion funnel using data to back up your decisions
  • Assess our overall content performance and identify current gaps
  • Write, write, write. We will look to you to develop the majority of our written content
  • Manage multiple project timelines and deadlines

You Must Have

  • 2+ years of SEO experience
  • History of successful SEO strategy creation and implementation
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • General knowledge of digital marketing (i.e. Paid Search, Social Media, Email, and SEO) and key platforms and trends (i.e. desktop, mobile, video).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SEO Tools & Platforms such as Ahrefs, Moz, BrightEdge, etc.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Webflow and/or Wordpress, and Asana would be a plus
  • B2B SaaS background preferred
