They utilize specific Case Manager features including routing rules and tagging admins to work across the People Team efficiently and make their lives easier.
AllVoices and Sweetgreen teamed up to make language, locations and department customizations to resonate with Team Members across 150+ locations in the US. They leveraged routing rules and other features to support current processes around employee relations and workplace concerns. With these automations in place they can focus more on promoting culture in the workplace and psychological safety.
