1. What excites you most about AllVoices?
All Voices is changing the way employers listen to the needs of their employees and is enabling them to make crucial changes for the betterment of their workplaces by addressing the safety and well-being of their employees like never before.
2. How have you seen the media conversation around employee reporting evolve over the last 3 to 5 years?
Employees have become far more outspoken over the last several years in a way that has garnered widespread media attention. They know their rights and they are standing up for them and by doing so are successfully implementing necessary changes. Whether it’s by protesting or seeking legal recourse or demanding better tools and resources like All Voices to allow them to be heard, employees everywhere are prioritizing equality and safety in the workplace across the board and are not taking “no” for an answer.
3. Why should organizations use a tool like AllVoices?
If employers really care about the safety and well-being of their employees then making a tool like All Voices available to them should be a no-brainer. Lots of companies talk the talk when it comes to equality and workplace safety but if they’re not instituting the tools and resources that make those things possible and addressable then they’re really not doing the work. Listening to the needs of your employees is one of the most important steps to creating and maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.
