1. What excites you most about AllVoices?

AllVoices does exactly what its name suggests - allows all voices to be heard. In a company or any organization, there will always be moments where a person wants or needs to speak up, but prior to AllVoices, there wasn't always a private, safe way to do so. By allowing any individual to feel comfortable speaking up, AllVoices becomes a great equalizer. Every person’s voice can be heard, and every person’s voice is valued as much as any other member of the team. AllVoices is one of those unique companies that has a powerful social mission and strong economic foundation to build a great business.

2. How have you seen the media conversation around employee reporting change over the last 3-5 years?

From my experience, the biggest change is how mainstream employee reporting as a topic has become in the media. The heroic women of the #MeToo movement catalyzed a lot of this change when they courageously came forward and created a movement in 2017 and 2018. These leaders brought a much needed awareness of the issues women have been facing for decades in the workplace. For better or worse, it’s no longer shocking when a new set of allegations are brought forth against a powerful figure. I’m hopeful that these efforts will lead to an era of better and more diverse leadership across industries.

3. From your perspective, why would organizations use a tool like AllVoices?

AllVoices is the perfect product for culture-focused organizations of all sizes. Prior tools were pretty burdensome for employees, whereas AllVoices reduces the friction of reporting to almost zero. AllVoices is just more approachable. It is entirely anonymous, and the user experience for employees and employers is lightyears ahead of anything else out there, which means that employees are more comfortable and admins are more responsive. This leads to better, faster results for the organization itself. Additionally, AllVoices’ suite of products easily within an HR or People team’s existing workflows, which means onboarding is fast and easy.
