Passionate about helping make our workplaces and communities more successful, diverse, well and socially impactful, Natalie is on the Board of Directors for the Smart Justice Network of Canada and the Young Women's Council of the BC Women's Health Foundation. Outside of work, you can find her out on a run, playing with her two young children, cooking something delicious in the kitchen, or blasting '90s hip hop.
