Andrew focuses on building out the HR function for private, VC-funded tech firms in Chicago. He currently works at Kin Insurance, where he built the HR department to meet the needs of a rapidly growing organization. Prior to Kin, Andrew worked at Imagination Publishing, a privately held content marketing tech start-up. There, he ran both the HR and Operations function, simultaneously scaling both the business and the HR function to support growth on all ends. Andrew started his career in large, international companies such as the advertising agency, Foote Cone and Belding (FCB) and the tech company, Lyft, Inc.
