Philip Dana is a HR executive with a record of building high-performing teams within domestic and global Fortune companies and in “Great Place to Work” environments. His HR superpowers lie within HR tech, mergers and acquisitions, diversity and inclusion, and turn-arounds. As Head of HR for Dendreon, Phil is leading a team through a significant transformation that shifts from building the foundation of a HR COE to enabling the business strategy through COVID-19, Black Lives Matter, economic challenges, and a significant shift in strategy that includes organic and inorganic growth while on a journey towards becoming a Great Place to Work ™ company. Phil served in the Navy as enlisted and an officer. He is a graduate of the US Naval Academy. He has a successful and lengthy track record of supporting transitioning veterans, being a leader in the D&I space, as well as rescuing pit bulls.
