Jen is the Chief People Officer and SVP DEIB at FiscalNote. Her focus is on creating enterprise solutions that are responsive and relevant to both individuals’ growth and enabling strategic business capabilities, capacity and organizational culture to strengthen performance and sustainability now and into the future. For the 9 years previous to joining FiscalNote, Jen served as the Chief Talent Officer at ACT where she led the transformation of the HR function to a contemporary, agile-based center of excellence with innovative approaches to leadership development, strategic workforce planning, DEI, data science, and talent management. Previously she fulfilled VP-level roles in numerous global organizations focused on executive development, succession planning, change management and cultural competence in CPG B2B, Financial Services and Hospitality. Jen’s focus on creating agile practices is rooted in sizing up business situations quickly and creating contemporary practices, solutions and strategies to drive complex enterprise-wide change and growth through innovative workforce development at FiscalNote. Her goal is that these practices will nurture inclusive teams, coaching culture and leadership practices that enable smart people to perform their best and provide measurable results that differentiate FiscalNote from the competition and optimize the company’s investment in talent. Jen holds a BS from Cornell University’s Hotel School, a Masters in Leadership and Strategic Communication from Seton Hall University, and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Harvard’s JFK School of Government.
