Constance is dedicated to promoting equity and inclusion as well as advocating for all dimensions of diversity. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from William Paterson University. She also earned a dual Master’s in Project Management and Business Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus. Constance currently works for Udemy as the Director of Belonging, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion where she is seeking to create equity in the EdTech space for members of systemically marginalized communities.
