Amie (she/her) is a racial equity strategist, coach, learning and development designer, facilitator, and former teacher with experience spanning tech, design and education industries. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Amie began her own personal transformation in college when she took her first Asian American studies course. Since then, she's been committed to social and racial justice. She specializes in transforming people processes, systems and policies across the employee lifecycle for more racially equitable outcomes. Currently, Amie serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at Clever, the most widely used single sign on platform for K-12 education. Prior to joining Clever in the organization's first full-time DE&I role, she worked at IDEO on the Global L&D team and at Google as a Racial Equity Strategist at the Center for Racial Equity and Systemic Transformation.
