McKensie holds more than 10 years of experience helping organizations, community groups, governing agencies, and healthcare organizations create transformational cultures at the intersection of race, gender, class, disability, and LGBTQIA+ identity with clients based in the U.S, the UK, India, France, Germany, Spain, Peru, and more. Their firm, MMG, is a global research and change management firm that has partnered with communities nationally and globally to develop equity-centered communications strategies and cultures that identify and dismantle social systemic oppressions while giving people the tools to build capacity. Using qualitative and quantitative data, MMG partners with tech companies, progressive organizations, and more to develop change management processes through a lens of accountability, belonging transformation, and justice.
