Having spent multiple years at a recruitment agency specializing in Software Engineering, Tom landed Codat as a client when the Founders were right at the start of their journey. He had the pleasure of assisting them with the searches for their first-ever employees and helped grow the team to 24 over a year and a half. At this point, he joined Codat permanently, originally with the intention to bring recruitment costs in house but his role quickly evolved into looking after the People side of things as well. Three years into that journey, Tom now looks after everything People and Talent, surrounded by a brilliant team of very experienced individuals. Broadly speaking he is currently focussing on how Codat looks at attracting and retaining the best Talent possible across the three offices in London, New York, and Sydney. With the global team now surpassing 300 employees and growth plans seeing Codat reach the 450 mark before the end of the year there is always lots to be done, and never any slowing down.
