Click “General Report” on the left to provide positive and constructive feedback, raise concerns, or give praise about company culture, career development, or other general matters.

This option can also be used to submit anonymous questions before, during, or after Town Hall meetings. Members of the People Operations Team, who manage OppFi’s listening strategy, handle all submissions.

Click “Ethics Helpline” on the right to report issues that extend beyond general concerns. The helpline is available to report any potential illegal, unethical, or improper behavior. These submissions will be directed to the appropriate departments within OppFi for review. US employees can also report Ethics concerns by calling the US toll-free hotline number 888-483-9033
