360 Survey

What is a 360 survey and how does it work?

A 360 survey (also called 360-degree feedback) gathers performance and behavior feedback about one employee from multiple sources, typically their manager, peers, direct reports, and sometimes a self-assessment or external stakeholders. Unlike top-down performance reviews, a 360 survey builds a composite view of how someone shows up at work. It's most often used for development and coaching, occasionally as one input into formal reviews.
