Is this tool trying to replace traditional methods of reporting issues to HR?

No. AllVoices is a tool that can help HR and other company leaders act proactively to address complex issues. We want people who are comfortable going to HR to report an experience to continue doing so. But we know that in many cases, employees are afraid of retaliation or don’t want to come forward publically. In those instances, employees typically stay silent or leave their jobs. We believe it’s critical to provide employees with multiple channels to report issues so that companies have a full picture of what’s happening in their culture, and can hear from employees as soon as an issue arises.

What effect can I expect AllVoices to have on my organization?

Our goal is to support companies in creating healthy, safe feedback cultures that directly lead to more productive and engaged employees, higher productivity, and less turnover.
