Create Account Now

Step 1. Intake Form

Please fill out the intake form so we can build out your account

Step 2. Your Account Is Being Built

Your tool is now in development and will take about 48 hours to complete. Once it is complete, We'll let you know so you can complete your audit.

Step 3. Your Account is Live: Audit & Site Walkthrough

Once your tool is live we'll send you a heads-up via email then watch the audit video above. Please follow along with your AllVoices site to ensure that all of your department and location configuration are correct. This is also an opportunity to get a feel for how your employees will submit reports through your site.

Step 4. Add Your Admins

AllVoices will set up your designated Owner Admin Admin based on the information that you provided us in your Intake Form. The Owner will need to create all other Admin logins.

The Adding Settings video below will walk you through how to create any additional Admin logins needed.

We have several types of Admin Logins available, below is a breakdown of each of the Admin login types along with their corresponding permissions:

Overview of AllVoices Admin Permission Levels

Account Owner: The Owner has complete control over the account and can take action on everything. Only the Owner can remove admins, change admins' roles, and create routing rules.

Primary Admin: The Primary Admin has full access to the platform. They can do everything the Owner can do except remove admins, change admins' roles and create routing rules.

Sub Admin: The Sub Admin has limited access to the platform. They can view limited charts and data in the Overview tab for their reports and cases. They can only view and take action on individual reports if granted access and on cases they create or if granted access.

Viewer: The Viewer has view-only access to the platform. They can view limited charts and data in the Overview tab for their reports and cases. They cannot take action.
