Allie Schwartz is the VP People at Mantra Health. Before accepting the role at Mantra, Allie worked as VP People at Tempest and Director of People Operations at Healthify. In both positions, she was the first People Ops hire and grew the department and systems from 0 to 1. Prior to that, Allie worked for 7 years at Fog Creek Software, starting as the receptionist and working her way up to VP People. Allie deeply believes in the importance of humanity and agency for employees of small companies and loves working with innovative, creative folks. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, toddler daughter Sydney, and cat Bruce.
