Andrea Lucky is the Chief People Officer/VP of Human Resources for AAA Washington. Andrea began her career in Human Resources as a Compensation Analyst at the Port of Seattle. She moved to Toray, a carbon fiber composite manufacturing company, where she began working as a Human Resources Coordinator. Over the next eighteen years, Andrea held multiple positions at Toray before earning the role as the Head of Human Resources. She holds the distinction of being the first female promoted to an executive role at Toray. Andrea joined Kitsap Credit Union in 2020, leading the Human Resources and Leadership & Development teams on strategies and best practices, and overseeing the DEIB Committee for the organization. With a career spanning more than 30 years, Andrea is recognized as a culture champion and cultivator of exceptional employee engagement. She has successfully helped organizations identify and strengthen their desired corporate cultures, improve employee engagement, and grow financial performance.
