About Our Guest

Deborah Dash has been a People and Culture/HR Generalist for over 25 years. She began her career at International Management Group eventually running all three of their New York Offices. She joined SFX Entertainment at the start of its acquisition phase where she managed the integration of the HR function of 58 businesses (and lots of people!) into one entity which was eventually spun off as LiveNation. For the past 16 years she has worked exclusively with companies in the start-up space from pre-proof of concept to IPO, setting up their HR practices and policies. In her roles she has focused on establishing best standards in recruiting, retention, training and development from interns to the C-suite. She has always taken an active role in mentoring talent and is a proponent of promoting from within. She has been a key note speaker with the Philadelphia Women’s MBA Association as well as a participant at Columbia University’s Career Education pitch weeks. Deborah also volunteers at the coding Fellowship pursuit.org where she has been on the admissions committee for the last 2 years. Deborah received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University.
