“Growing up in a divided town in the Mississippi Delta pushed me to create a better and more inclusive world for everyone, everywhere I go.” I am an international diversity and inclusion practitioner focused on making the career journey and workplace experience a practical yet fulfilling part of life for diverse employees all over the world. I have spent the past 8 years in Silicon Valley & Asia, building tier 1 technology brands like #Airbnb, #Facebook, #Indeed.com, and now #Visa Headquarters, transforming inclusive culture for diverse technology teams around the world. I have experience in over 40 countries and have worked across 200 offices globally. Ive also lived in Shanghai, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. I am deeply driven by cultural exchange, workplace inclusion, and world travel. Outside of building tech brands, I am a proud HBCU graduate and mentor to many. I have helped hundreds of diverse students, entrepreneurs, and career changers seek their divine passion and potential through travel, career, and culture coaching.
