Elisa Colombani is Chief People Officer at Artsy, the leading global online marketplace for discovering, buying and selling art. As the leader of Artsy’s global People team, her organization hires, develops, and supports Artsy’s employees to align their best work with Artsy’s mission to expand the art world to support more art and artists. Elisa’s role oversees HR, business partnership, talent acquisition, facilities, and employee community. In the last four years alone, Elisa has guided the organization through a CEO transition, restructuring, as well as adapting Artsy’s business to new practices during the COVID pandemic. Prior to joining Artsy in 2016, Elisa led the New York People team at Good Eggs, a delivery service promoting local food producers, where she helped scale a mission-driven workforce of both tech and warehouse employees. She also served as General Manager at ZeroCater, a catering service for companies, where she launched and established their New York operation.
