Sweetgreen’s Enterprise solution includes Anonymous and Non-Anonymous Reporting, Pulse Surveys, Case Manager, custom URL, logo inclusion, and more. They utilize specific Case Manager features including routing rules and tagging admins to work across the People Team efficiently and make their lives easier.

The Results

They leveraged routing rules and other features to support current processes around employee relations and workplace concerns.
