At Cloudflare, she leads their partnership with Path Forward, a nonprofit organization driven to get people back to work after they've taken time off to care for a loved one. She is also the co-founder of TendLab, a venture focused on leveraging the science behind parenthood to optimize the workplace. And, Janet is a mother of three girls.
