Ana serves as ATTOM Data Solutions’ Executive Vice President of People and Culture, where she is responsible for providing guidance and leadership to senior managers. With more than 10 years of experience, Ana brings broad human resources expertise and extensive hands-on experience in compensation, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, talent management, HR analytics, and employee relations. Since joining the team in August 2017, Ana has worked on aligning human resources initiatives with strategic goals of the organization and finding creative ways to cultivate a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and agility. Prior to joining the ATTOM Data Solutions team, Ana was the Safety/HR director at Orange County Produce, where she developed a comprehensive safety and social responsibility program, implemented a new payroll/HRIS system, and established a benefit program that catered to 150+ seasonal employees. An Orange County native, Ana received both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Cal State Fullerton. She currently resides in Orange County with her husband and their three children.
